Throughout the building process, Emina guides clients through selections, finishes, materials, and design details to create a cohesive and timeless home. With her experience in real estate and marketing, she also brings valuable insight into market trends, buyer preferences, and lasting value, ensuring every Magnolia home is thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished, and built to stand the test of time. 

 Edin oversees the day-to-day construction of each Magnolia home, ensuring every project is built with quality, care, and attention to detail. He works closely with our contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other trade partners to coordinate schedules, manage each phase of construction, and keep projects running smoothly and on time. From the start of construction through the final walkthrough, Edin is hands-on throughout the entire process, helping ensure every detail meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship and that each homeowner’s vision is brought to life. 

 Emil oversees the financial and technology operations of Magnolia Homes, managing accounting, financing, and the systems that support each project. He also coordinates the technology behind our smart home features, working closely with industry professionals to integrate sound systems, security, networking, and other connected-home solutions. As a licensed realtor, Emil also supports our real estate operations, assisting with transactions, market research, and the many details that help keep both our building and real estate projects moving smoothly.
